Let us introduce you to the vegetable garden at Villaggio Il Gabbiano, tended passionately by the owners using organic and sustainable agriculture and focusing on km 0.
For each season we bring a selection of fruit and vegetables cultivated in the most natural way directly to your table. The same sun that warms your skin under the beach umbrella nourishes sweet strawberries in May and June, juicy red tomatoes in July and August, and then zucchini, eggplants and peppers, the basic ingredients of many Mediterranean and Calabrian cuisine recipes, lemons, salads, potatoes and, of course, the red onion, the undisputed star of local gastronomy.
Come try our products: oregano, potatoes, onions and fresh vegetables are for sale in the small in-house market.
