At Villaggio Il Gabbiano, we have always been convinced of this, and we will certainly continue to make it a strong point with the goal of offering unforgettable holidays of sea, taste and relaxation in safety.
These are measures taken and behaviors to be kept in the resort from the moment of arrival until the moment of departure.

CHECK - IN
To avoid contact with guests for pure paperwork we will streamline check-in: each guest will receive a link via email to proceed to a pre-check-in, enter personal information before arrival and speed up the procedures. Only the group leader will report to the front office with the original ID, while the family unit will wait outside or in the reception waiting areas.
Each guest will be given a village ID bracelet to wear throughout their stay as a means of recognition as a screened and accepted presence within the facility.
Outside visits by guests who are not residents of the facility are not permitted.

DISINFECTION
We made our own hygiene and high standards and implemented them with specific sanitization techniques in every environment: housing, common areas, beach and pool, all in line with the Health Directives.
We provided total sanitization of the facility upon reopening. All our staff are up-to-date on procedures and the use of sanitization products according to WHO guidelines. Linens are washed at 60° with specific sanitizing products. We use specific products for each surface and sanitize bathroom fixtures with disinfectant products. The air conditioning circuit is sanitized at regular intervals.

In the dining room and pizzeria, all tables will undergo sanitation procedures before each service and at each replacement.
The Maitre will assign the table for the entire stay on the day of arrival to guests with hotel treatment.
Our food service provides a daily menu with lunch and dinner served at the table. A buffet is provided during breakfast, with the recommendation to use a mask and, as much as possible, encourage spacing.
Guests with meals not included who wish to use the restaurant service are advised to reserve a table to avoid lines and waiting.

BEACH AND POOL
We enjoy the widest private beach on the coast, which allows enough distance between beach umbrellas to ensure maximum comfort and privacy in addition to safety.
The spacing between stations will also be respected in our seawater-fed pool, water values will be constantly monitored. The use of swimming cap and soapy shower before entering is mandatory.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation clauses remain advantageous and a guarantee for the guest: one can cancel without penalty within 14 days of arrival. Starting 13 to the day before arrival, for health-related cancellations, the deposit can be converted into a Voucher of the same value valid throughout 2023.
