A holiday in Calabria is incomplete if you don’t taste all the products typical of our region. Connoisseurs won’t be disappointed: taralli, soups, seasoned vegetables in olive oil, fabulous seafood dishes on the coast, and chesses and meat products (sausages spiced with fennel seeds, bacon and strong pecorino cheese) more typical of the internal regions. You will most certainly remember the gastronomic aspect of your stay with great pleasure.



For gourmets and connoisseurs, we can plan theme dinners and tours, including visits to small local producers, short “cooking lessons” on the techniques of production and tastings of typical products and local wines with the possibility to purchase them. We suggest a guided tour of a farm with tastings of typical products (njudà, various types of salumi, and formaggi) and a typical dinner of beans eaten with onions as spoons, ‘pitta d’avanti fornu’, stuffed eggplant, roasted peppers and other specialties.
